Pat Ryan joined Force 10 as Managing Director and co-leader of the healthcare performance improvement practice. She brings over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, with a background in operations, finance, and administration.
Pat Ryan, MHA
Ms. Ryan has extensive leadership experience in acute care hospital operations, physician partnerships, clinical service lines, joint venture management, and the continuum of care, including skilled nursing, home health, acute rehabilitation, and behavioral health. She served as chief executive officer of Sutter Health’s Eden Medical Center, a 130-bed neuro-interventional and level 2 trauma center in Castro Valley, CA. Before that, Pat served as chief operating officer and interim CEO for O’Connor Hospital in San Jose, CA, guiding the hospital through Verity Health System’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy and helping to transition ownership to the County of Santa Clara successfully. Pat also held senior positions with Sutter Health’s Mills‐Peninsula Medical Center in Burlingame, CA, and senior leadership positions at Princeton Healthcare System. Early in her career, she worked for various national for-profit post-acute companies and had multi-state oversight responsibilities.

Ms. Cornicelli is an accomplished CFO with a strong track record of achieving financial results, growing market share, and driving cost efficiencies in the healthcare industry. She is a strategic thought leader with experience developing financial and patient care models for value-based population health programs. Kari has extensive experience in the healthcare industry and has received numerous accolades for her achievements, including being named one of Arizona’s Most Influential Women and being listed as one of Becker’s Hospital Review’s “150 Hospital and Health System CFOs to Know” and “130 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know.”
Gregory Gilbert MD, FAAEM, FAEMS
Dr. Greg Gilbert brings over two decades of emergency department experience and leadership roles in various health systems to the Force 10 team. He provides invaluable expertise to help hospitals and individual departments improve efficiency and strategize for the future without compromising quality or patient care. He continues to serve on clinical and operational committees at the county, state, and national levels and has received numerous awards and recognition for his contributions to the field.
Adriane Lutes, BS Ed
Ms. Lutes has over 35 years of experience in healthcare and specializes in developing and implementing systems and programs that deliver high-quality, profitable services in long-term acute care and rehabilitation hospital settings. She has worked for several healthcare companies and played a vital role in the growth and success of Select Medical, helping the company to become a $5 billion net revenue system with over 100 LTAC hospitals and 45,000 employees. In 2015, Adriane oversaw the construction and opening of Select Medical’s successful “hospital within a hospital” LTAC facility in Daytona Beach, serving as its CEO and growing it to $5 million EBITDA within the first five years.
Janet McIntyre, PT, MBA, FACMPE, LSSBB
Ms. McIntyre is a highly experienced healthcare professional with expertise in physician relations, physician practice management, and organizational challenges in healthcare systems. She has worked with safety net systems, the state’s Accountable Care Collaborative/Medicaid agency, and led successful projects such as Alternatives to Opioids (ALTO) and the first-ever state measurement system for hospital sepsis mortality. Ms. McIntyre also understands the importance of engagement and aligning stakeholder incentives in collaborating with various groups that may have competing objectives.
Linda Fortunato Sieglen, MD, MMM
Dr. Sieglen brings significant healthcare management expertise to the Force 10 team. During her tenure as senior vice president of medical affairs for the Princeton HealthCare System and as CMO for Mission Hospital, Linda was the administrative liaison between the medical staff, administration, and the system’s Board of Trustees. Dr. Sieglen also has considerable experience in medical practice acquisitions.
Katie Skelton, RN, NEA, BC
Ms. Skelton is an experienced nurse executive with over 30 years of experience directing patient care services and clinical operations. She profoundly understands delivering high-quality acute care while maintaining fiscal responsibility, resulting in significant cost savings. She has been recognized for her leadership and received numerous awards, including four Magnet designations for nursing excellence.
Barbara Yost, RN, MBA
Ms. Yost has extensive experience in healthcare, holding leadership roles in hospital administration, physician contracting, value-based care, and population health, among other areas. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Population Health at Penn Medicine Princeton Health. She led the operational transition to a new campus, developed an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), and expanded the primary care network. Barbara has also led the transformation of a community-based clinic into a Federally Qualified Health Center and served as Director of Nursing earlier in her career.
