Darryl Myers, CIRA, is an accomplished professional with expertise in transaction due diligence, business operating models, and capital markets access, including DIP loans and M&A. His contributions are critical in providing our clients with essential financial advisory and bankruptcy compliance services.
At Force 10, Darryl has played a key role in numerous successful in-court and out-of-court turnaround and restructuring engagements. He has led several sell-side 363 sale processes and transactional due diligence projects, demonstrating his ability to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. Darryl also engages in creditor negotiations, executory contract cure settlements, and claims and preference analysis.
Darryl launched his career in financial services as the equities sales desk manager at Hudson Sloan LLP, a boutique securities brokerage firm in New York. Later, he co-managed an alternative resources fund at Karasel Asset Management LP, a $500 million hedge fund. During his tenure at Karasel, Darryl drove all related local and international capital-raising initiatives.
Moreover, Darryl worked at Investec Bank, a global banking group, advising clients in the high-net-worth private client division on integrated property finance solutions and professional practice finance.
Born and raised in South Africa, Darryl attended the University of South Carolina (Upstate), where he played NCAA soccer. He is a Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
