Renee has over twenty years of experience in leadership roles in corporate finance, specializing in rigorous financial analysis to improve under-performing businesses and position companies for stability and profitable growth. She brings proven financial analysis and strategic planning expertise to our clients. At Force 10, Renee focuses on detailed cash flow analysis, accounting investigations and forensics, and general financial and operational due diligence.
Before joining Force 10, Renee spent most of her career in the supply chain industry and received classical logistics training at DHL. At DHL, Renee worked her way up from site-level finance partner to business unit Chief Financial Officer. Her professional network flourished in her work on a project to sell DHL’s business unit, Exel Direct, to Platinum Equity. As a vital member of the spin-off executive team and the operating committee, and as a shareholder of the company, Renee directed all of the company’s financial functions and had oversight of merger planning and implementation, cash management, accounting, finance, and strategy.
Renee later focused on leveraging her significant logistics carrier experience into roles as CFO and COO with a number of companies, including Minimally Invasive Devices, Pet Palace Resorts, and Jagged Peak. Renee worked on Jagged Peak’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy and its sale to ID Logistics in late 2019, and then joined Force 10.
Renee is a Certified Public Accountant and began her career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from John Carroll University.
